How much does it cost for businesses to use Forteh?

Our token-based system charges biz owners for connections, not for placements. Our transparent recruitment service is here to keep it real, helping businesses build their dream teams (without breaking the bank).

More senior roles cost more tokens, and you’ll get bonus tokens for doing things like creating a job post or hiring a candidate from the platform. Some old-school recruiters might think that’s crazy, but we think it’s a no-brainer.

Do I get a cash refund for tokens that I don’t use?

Sadly, no. On the upside, you’ll get the chance to cash in your tokens with connections anytime, as they’ll never expire. If a pro doesn’t accept your connection request, you’ll get a refund on those tokens automatically.

Do I have to own my own business or be self-employed to be fractional?

We suggest fractional pros keep their own gigs going. But if you and a company hit it off, joining their payroll is an option, too. It’s all about finding the right fit for everyone. Just remember, if you go in-house full time, your pay might be lower to make up for things like benefits and taxes – which the company takes on as your employer.

Why can’t I upload my resume?

We’re mixing things up. Instead of condensing a person’s professional journey into a static doc, we’re more interested in learning about the specialized skills that you bring to the table in a specific niche market. We’ve also integrated fun flourishes, like a video intro, to help you stand out from the crowd.

Why can’t I upload my LinkedIn profile?

Forteh is different from other platforms. Our user prompts and features are strategically designed with a focus on creating authentic relationships between fractional pros and expanding co’s. We are all about efficiency, but taking shortcuts just isn’t our thing. Trust us, you’ll thank us later.

What if a candidate doesn’t work out?

If you and a pro don’t hit it off (we hope that doesn’t happen), we are unable to process token refunds. By charging only for connections, Forteh helps companies dodge the steep placement fees that other recruitment agencies charge. Besides, you never know what the future holds – you just might want to save those missed connections for a rainy day!
